We fished 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM. between the three of us (2 boats) we picked up 30+ Largemouths and 1 nice smallie. Most fish were in 12-15 foot of water. They hit just about everything. Hard and soft jerks, dropshot, c-rig & t-rig worms, and craw colored Norman cranks. We used 4" robo worms amd 7" Berkley worms as well. It got pretty windy out there too!! It was a long run back from Windy Hill to the Cholla end of the lake. My partner did everything he could to get me to skip out of his boat. Hot foot pedals should be outlawed on windy days!! :lol:
The MBC will be next week on Pleasant.
