Voodoo Rum and Mt. Dew go really well together! I have a hard time with strait rum - bad experiance with 151 a long time ago.
In Panama they drink alot of rum,... they're unofficial national drink is rum, lots of Ice, and a splash of Ginger Ale. Didn't sound very good when it was first made for me as I was never really a rum fan,...but it is awesome. The little ginger really brings out the flavor of the rum. franklin you should try this... Like 4 parts rum 1 part ginger lots of Ice in a high ball glass. Wedge of Lime optional
