Whod101 (Dale) and I fished Saguaro today from 9:30 a.m. to about 4 p.m. Wind, rain, cold, more rain, more wind....Dale and I were dressed warm enough so the weather was not a factor today. We tried shorelines along the main lake (no bites), then tried the spooning thing. Talked with Slotking and Josh and Mike out there. Fishing was slow as we tried to unravel what it takes to get these bass to bite in winter. We ended up with 12 yellows to about 1 lb. and one 1.5 lb. LMB on spoons over about 50-60 feet of water. Good company and a few fish on beautiful Saguaro Lake made this a worthwhile fishing trip! 8)
