Went out Wed. morning from 4:30 to 9:00. Tried a little Westy fishing, no takers. Tried a buzz bait, no takers. Tried a Rico, same story. Found some chasers, and caught a 1.5lb. on a Spook Jr. Picked two more small ones on a TD Minnow. Probably had 6 or 7 strikes that didn't connect. It was a nice morning though.

My fishing days are about as consistent as the fish bite. I usually try to make it twice a week but not always the same days. When it gets cooler, I will probably switch to afternoons. I've had some real fun afternoons with chasing fish the last few years.Thanks for the thought!
