Yepp we just blew are lower unit and bought one like 2 weeks ago. 3 year unconditional warranty, they are best if you are running a 200 or below. I have a 225, and I am going to have to buy bobs nose cone. Other than that you cant beat it for that price.
SEI lower unit
Anybody know anything about them? I've seen an ad for an OMC l.u. for $795 new. Seems pretty cheap.

they manufacture there own housing, all the internal parts are omc, no fault 3 year warranty( even if you run it with no oil) they have done years of R&D they have a test lake on site, looking at the factory housing vs SEI you can really see no difference, i think the inside of the SEI is cleaner less burs. Hard to beat

I PUT ONE ON THE PONTOON. 200HP MERC. WE PUT OVER 250MILES ON THE LAST TRIP TO POWELL. NO PROBLEMS. NEXT TRIP TO POWELL IN THREE WEEKS.
