Seat time is the solution to my problem. Please do not give me advice when all of your experience is gained through reading a forum.raise the plate
yeah i dont have a big hp boat so i just ''hammer down'' and 'trim it up'':biggrin:Speed takes seat time. Mine starts walking about 60-65 depending on the load. I've been practicing at 65-70. It's all in the timing of short quick inputs to the wheel. If you go hammer down and it starts walking you have to slow down way too many mph to get it back under control and dieing at the lake is not cool.
What a smart ass! You running a 4 stroke 125 on yours? I agree it takes seat time but it helps to know a little. Joey, have you ever had someone take you out and show you how to drive out of them? That was the best thing i ever did when i got my boat. I dont even know how to do it anymore. I just do it scare my friends or show them how easy it is to drive out of. I dont have a bass cat but maybe one of the boys on here that does can give you some pointers or a demo ride, you'd be set.drop the throttle you pus**!
