TBF/FLW's October Qualifier has Changed

Spoke with the tournament committee yesterday and we decided to move October's qualifier from San Carlos to Martinez due to the low water at San Carlos. The date will remain the same; October 24th from safe light to 4pm. Sorry for any inconvenience this change might cause but for safty reason we feel it's necessary.
