alot of practice and some luck. grab the top about 6 inches down with your left hand and hold it upright, i throw the line over my left shoulder, grab an end where the weights are with your right to a , twist your hips to the right 45 degree angle then pivot to the left throwing with your right hand and angle the net upwrds relasing the left hand last.
Don't forget to hang onto the rope! A friend of mine threw out his net rope and all,since he was just standing there watching it sink I gave him a little push and between cursing me and swimming he was able to save it. :twisted:
