I just have one of those 16" of my own. Keep looking for my friend. I have a picture of him with a 16lb bass on the docks at Canyon and I've got a 14lb I caught a few years ago there mounted on my wall. Was disappointed at the recent fishin reports from Canyon. Said to myself "Those boys just don't know what to fish with." Stray Dawg topwaters work great!! Good luck with the "trout season", I live too far away to enjoy it now. San Carlos is almost dry.
