Forest officials say it makes sense to spin off (parking) enforcement to a private contractor, freeing their rangers for more pressing duties.

Hmmmm......such as? Why did they have rangers doing that in the first place?

Hey DA aren't they using someone other then rangers at rosey The ticket I got came from a park guy or are these one and the same. Didn't pay much attention as I was not very happy about the ticket. I guess the good thing is we called and sent the info in and got the ticket dismissed. kinda a wierd deal but we found if you stay after it and have you recept they will dismiss em.
