[Fish Manager]

I have had to change my plans to harvest vegetation from Pena Blanca Lake. It appears that the large influx of water at the lake has stirred up the bottom pretty badly and we are in a position of very low oxygen right now. My water quality crew out of Phx has advised against harvesting the weeds and warned me that if we cut the weeds now, we will most likely cause a fish kill.

So no weed cutting at Pena Blanca Lake for now. Hopefully conditions will improve in time for us to get the weeds cut before trout season begins but right now I don't know what is going to happen.
