Are you really censoring what is said in private messages amongst members? If so...I would like to hear your reasoning because right now I totally disagree!!! This sounds like the crap that azbasspro was pulling. Dan

No way! We wouldn't even if we could. As far as I know, and Delw's been using this software longer than I, there is no way for an admin to view let alone modify private message. Unless the word censors affect PMs as well as posts. (i.e. trout => gay bass)

I think its the automatic word replacement thing.........

I tested it and the word replacement works in PMs too. I didn't know that. What you say to each other in PMs is not our concern. So I took it out. If things get bad in public, we'll put it back in.

No Problem....I just noticed that it replaced several really good words that I needed to descibe the situation to one of the other users in a PM to him. It replaced it with something like "Your trying to say bad words and you should be ashamed"...or something like that. Thanks for checking into it. Dan
