The dude had his jaw dislocated and split his ear drum in two. He was probably just a wee bit worried that he was about to die. Evidently it happened within the first minute or so of the fight. If you've never had your jaw dislodged or your ear drum rupture, you should try it sometime - NOT fun. It happened to me playing football. I got rocked on a weakside rush by an all state linebacker that was 6'4" 230 and MEAN as a rabid dog. I thought that my face had fallen off. The worst pain that I have ever experienced. The fact that the dude kept fighting and got hit two more times in the jaw says something about his character. He earned that much more respect from me, even if he did seem to be disrespectful. It wasn't intentional. The ringside doctors couldnt help him so he probably wanted to get the eff out of dodge to get it looked at at the hosptial.
If you have the loins to get into the cage/ring at that level you have my respect to begin with. Those guys beat the everloving shit out of each other.
If you want to talk about respect, I'd like to see how much respect you'd give yourself if you got in the ring with Forrest. I don't know you, but chances are you'd get humiliated, possibly with a Mortal Kombat fatality ending as well.

just watched it and anderson is one cocky basterd and forrest just got rocked and the least he could do is give the man respect cause every punch landed by forrest, silva gave him props
I am hearing a lot of rumors about this fight, some say the jaw was broken, some say its BS. Id like to hear it from Forrest if he ever comes out of hiding... All I know is that was the most piss poor pay per view event I have ever seen... Total waste of 55 dollars
