That's the only way to go. Process all my own game as well.
that is what I like to hear. We have a small facility this year. we want to make sure everyone is getting there meat back with a week or shorter. Once we have the meat cut we will need everyone to pick there stuff up in 24hours. Freezer space may be limited.
looking to provide clean cuts and clean packaging.

we will have suasage available as well.

Next year will be the big jump but this year we are certainly hoping to provide the service I would want.

we will also be turning away any thing that looks questionable.. If it isn't taken care of in the field, or been hanging for days with skin on it, we will not take it.

Don't want any chance of our quality being compromised.

I will post more as we get closer to hunt. thanks guys
Try Wild Game Processing. I've used them twice, did a good job on our deer meat.
we will be set up on in East Tucson.
thats a long way to go, to get my fish cleaned....
can I mail you crappie and stripers to be fileted!!!!!!

good luck with the venture, since I never get drawn for big game I don't have to worry and ducks, quail, geese, dove are still easy enough
