Hey Armando or Micah, I am fishing the WONBASS. If Micah still is searching, I am too. I currently do not have a AAA (i.e., non-boater, amateur, co-angler). I have had good success at that lake lately, so it may be of mutual interest if he pre-fishes with me. I guarantee that he will learn at least something. If there is anyone interested, they can leave a message using the instant message here or e-mail me at [email protected]. I would like to sign up with a AAA to avoid fishing by myself. If you do not sign up with a AAA then you are at the mercy of the numbers and are not guaranteed a AAA to fish with in the tourney. WonBass is a shared weight tournament, so not having another person in the boat is a negative. I hope that is clear enough. E-mail me! You will learn something....

Are you fishing in the WONBass, Del? I think I found a AAA, my bro's friend. I am not going to tear it up like I did for the Everstart. I spent a week on that lake pre-fishing for that. If I do not know that lake by now, I have no business being there. I have no vacation time left anyway and I think pre-fishing will only mess me up at this point. Plus, I have an ABA there this weekend and I was just going to use that as a baromoter to see if I need more practice. If I do go out before the tourney, you are more than welcome to come with. I just don't know yet if that is gonna happen. I just fished the All-star at Bartlett today (took 4th) , I am taking tomorrow off (need rest), next weekend I am fishing the ABA (at Pleasant), Sunday is the Franklin/Basszone extravaganza at Bartlett, and then the WONBass after that. Wonbass has very specific rules about who you can fish with during the official practice days (if I can even fish on a Thurs., Fri.). I know this sounds like a bunch of excuses, but if you see me out there between now and the 21st, then you can trash me as a B.S. artist. Oh, how could I forget, I have to get my boat fixed before all of this. Who said this sport is an elixir for one's sanity. It is more like a tonic for losing one's hair.

ANYWAY, if I can not fish with you in the next 2 weeks, then there will be lots more opportunities. I would have no problem going somewhere soon. It would be fun. I will keep you posted as to my plans. Thank you for offering to help me out (again!). You are too cool Del.

I am fishing WON . Why I have no idea now, ive had a hard time even pulling a dink from pleasant, probally cause I aint fishing the lake as much been busy.
Yesterday I didnt put one fish in the boat, prefished last week for about 2-3 hours and caught a few. Kurt put our only keeper in the boat plus 2 small dinks.
I dont like to dropshot and c-rig all the time and try to find other ways to catch the fish (not working so back to dropshotting)

I am going out a few days this week and pretty much all of next week since there is no off limits on the lake( I will have to double check the rules to make sure)

I also have a hard time fishing deeper than 30 feet, I dont want to have to needle every fish


I am thinking about fishing ABA this weekend also but dont know yet.
I think someone already signed up with me as an AA but I forget the name, If he didnt your buddy is more than welcomed to use my name .
