G'day All,

There are several class 3 dealers in the PHX area. Scottsdale Gun Club is one of the more prominent ones.

The SV AZ folks have Chosin Firearms in Whetstone as a Class 3 dealer, talk with Dean. < If you know where RV City is, Dean's store the large metal building north of it >

Hope this helps!

Cheers!
There is a gun shop just north of the Scottsdale Gun Club in the same center. That guy has some really nice silencers to look at for the Ruger .22. I heard a rumor that someone made one and tested it in their garage but I can't remember who that was.
Thanks all. Ringer I live near that one so I will check his out. Just north of SGC?

I was just making sure that no one had one they wanted to get rid of.
There is a forum for silencer fans that I used to check out. There were people selling them in the for sale section there. Google supressors/silencer forums and you can find it. It is a big deal with shooting clubs and events and all of the major manufacturers are on the site. If you are in front of the SGC just go to the right about five doors up the strip and you will find the shop. He has a bunch of AR-15s and other guns including pistols that are supressor equipped.
you can legally build one for yourself , and you will get a BATF stamp for it,
I have the blue prints, I got them online a while ago. No I can't make it for you and no one else can either. you have to actually do the work.
Dotn buy one from anyone( except a licenced class three dealer) unless you get a stamp and the paper work transfered
I will grab the link in a min.

here you go everything you need to know about the batf part and how to make them

Do have those prints in .pdf if so i would like a set. or where do i find them at
Del-make me the parts and I will put it together. Should be legal because I want it for a .22 pellet gun with a threaded barrel.
I got 4 cds of prints for firearms, for anything from parts to complete weapons all different type of firearms and gunparts. I got some folding fin missle prints to, the ones they use on the apache ( we used to make the parts at a place I worked long ago along with the rocket tubes etc etc).

there in pdf, solids, dwg dxf 3d prorgams scanned drawings etc etc, some I cant let out as its propritary on work I have done in the past (years ago) some I can.

yeah, goto that website I posted a few ago they have some stuff in the downlaod section for them, there is one other 10-22 site that has really good stuff I found it off the oone I posted but cant remember it now.

Delw

I didn't see anything about a suppressor for 10/22 on that site
One rather large problem with a silenced 10-22 or any other autoloader is that you can never quiet the action so you will not get what you are possibly hoping for. Bolt action 22LR are totally different and easy to quiet using many ways.
Bob I always thought that as well, until I shot both the 10-22 and the 22 semi auto target pistol mk4? with them on, they were quiter than a mp5sp Remember they are semi autos also and are extreamly quiet

We shot them indoors at our old shop alot

That has not been my experience Delw, the slide and gas escape through it it is always noisy where as the bolt actions I have seen were more quiet than a red rider BB gun where you only heard the sear click. Same thing can be done with an empty 1 liter soda bottle and duct tape when done properly. Doesn't last very long though.
just make me one Delw or you start it and I will put the last screw in and call it good.
